SEBE operates 72 long-distance bus routes, 65 regional routes, 3 international routes and 28 urban routes.

The earliest, together with the establishment of Sebe on 1 June 1994, was the creation of the Tallinn department. In November 1997, the Jõhvi branch was opened. On 1 August 1999 the long-distance lines were taken over from AS Tarbus and in connection with this, the Tartu division of Sebe was opened. The Võru division was created in February 2004, when all the shares in Võru Autobaas were bought out. In October 2008, in connection with the acquisition of AS Marsruud, the Sebe Jõgeva department was opened.
