TEC & De Lijn logo patch for Kajot's Citaro 1.0.0

Adds the logo to the De Lijn and TEC repaints included with the DLC. Also corrects some textures and setvars for more realism.

While the DLC features TEC and De Lijn (under the name "Limburg") repaints by default, they do not have the logos of these transit companies and some setvars are incorrect. I decided to to a little patch adding the logos to the repaints as well as correcting some setvars for more realism. These are neutral versions - they lack any feature proper to a certain time period (for example the "Hoppin" logo on the De Lijn repaint, the "LETEC.BE" website on the TEC repaint, or the fuel stickers, which are all recent additions, nor the "infotec.be" on the TEC repaint which is an older variant) or to a certain sub-contractor (for example: Keolis or Hansea logos). I give full permission to users wanting to use these as a base for their own time or company specific repaint, to reuse and reupload their own versions with my logos on them.

FEATURES:

- Logos added to all variants of the De Lijn and TEC repaints

- Alternate interior for the De Lijn repaint (with yellow bars) included under the name "Limburg 2"

- Stop buttons recolored in blue as they should normally be

- Added an alarm button just like on Belgian buses (it's actually the stroller button setvar but retextured for these repaints)

- Corrected setvars for more realism
