I added your additional CTC file listing, allowing the blue hubcaps, but it seems to always revert to the white ones. I added the seemingly missing "_MAN" to the line, but still nothing. Could it be clashing with other repaints?

Hi, ok, maybe I should also do an English readme
You have to go to the Model folder and open the Sightseeing Model. Copy the part from the readme into the texture change and copy it there into the model cfg
Unless the hubcaps have the same name as mine. It's best to just do HH at the end and change that at the cfg
