The IKARUS type 417 is a low-floor push-hinged type of Ikarus produced in small numbers, of which only 32 units were produced between 1995 and 2002. Despite the small number of units, the type can boast of 7 subtypes, they were equipped with vertical Cummins engines, horizontal Mercedes-Benz engines, and horizontal MAN engines. This supplement processes subtypes 417.02 and 417.08. Subtype 417.02 is the prototype, fitted with a stationary Cummins engine and ZF 4-speed transmission, while subtype 417.08 is the version intended for Poland.

Az IKARUS 417-es típus az Ikarus kis darabszámban gyártott alacsonypadlós tolócsuklós típusa, melyből mindösszesen 32 darabot gyártottak le 1995 és 2002 között. A kis darabszám ellenére 7 altípussal büszkélkedhet a típus, szerelték őket álló Cummins motorral, fekvő Mercedes-Benz motorral, és fekvő MAN motorral is. Jelen kiegészítő a 417.02-es és a 417.08-as altípust dolgozza fel. A 417.02-es altípus a prototípus, Álló Cummins motorral, ZF 4 sebességes váltóval szerelve, míg a 417.08-as altípus Lengyelországnak szánt változat
