Here is the improved version of your text:
Since 2023, CAIO Induscar has produced this model, based on the Millennium V body, but with some differences in the rear. This body can be mounted on high-floor or low-entry chassis and can also be used for trolleybuses.
This version uses the Scania K310UB Eletra chassis, measuring 15 meters in length. The engine, inverter, and chassis are all made in Brazil, intended for sale in Latin America.
These buses began arriving in São Paulo in 2023 for testing, and regular operations started a year later. Efforts to electrify the SPTrans fleet are underway. One of the most radical measures was the ban on purchasing new diesel-powered buses for the city. This decision was highly criticized, as companies lacked the infrastructure to recharge these vehicles. However, this issue is gradually being resolved.
On São Paulo's 471st anniversary, January 25, 2025, 100 new units were delivered with Scania, Mercedes-Benz, and BYD chassis. With these additions, São Paulo now has 589 electric buses in the SPTrans system, comprising 201 trolleybuses and 388 battery electric buses.
