Just edited script of gearbox & engine for Solaris III by Sobol

This script I did for 1.05 version! It adds to 12m buses 280HP engine instead of 240, which has set as default. Transmission was edited for: 1. Voith now ups to 1790 or 1850 rpm instead of 1500 in default. ZF also rounds okay, doesn't kickdown with 280HP engine on 12m buses.
