OMSI 2 Romania presents Hanover Display mod for Kajosoft's Citybus O530 simple/facelift


This mod replaces the nr. 4 and 5 display in Kajosoft's Citaro with the Hanover font, similar to the one used by Romania's RATB/STB for their Mercedes Benz.


For installation, first extract the folder "Fonts" in OMSI 2.


For the non-facelift version (Citaro Euro 3) extract the folder "Citybus O530" in OMSI 2\Vehicles.


For the Facelift version (Citaro Euro 4) extract the folder "Citybus O530 Facelift" in OMSI 2\Vehicles.


If you have the mods with the RATB/STB repaint from my site, you don't need to do anything. If you don't have them (and the display in the game is the standard one), on the tablet with the setvar, choose number 4 at "display ext" to set the Hanover font to orange. If you want a white font, choose number 5.


To activate the STB logo on the display, put the equal sign (=) in hof or OMSI in the line box.


Update 1.01 - To activate the RATB logo on the display, put the hashtag sign (#) in hof or OMSI in the line box.

Update 2.0 - To activate 5 different icons on the right of the front display, see the attached "Annax-Front-Logos.jpg" for a tutorial.


The mod also works with hofs on other maps without the need for any other adaptations.

    V2.0 Changelog:

    Now all Citaro C1 and C1FL buses have functioning back displays (including Citaro LE)

    Wide rear displays are fixed

    Fonts now support ÁÉÍÓÚáéíóú letters along with the german ones, ÄÖÜßäöü

    Added Multi-page Display to the script

    Added icons to the right side of the front display: these can be put on the matrix with A,B,C,D or E if you put it in the 8th line in the hof, aka the ANNAX Front in HOF Suite (see the Annax-Front-Logos for a tutorial)

    The logos are:

    A: Kids going to school

    B: Train

    C: Plane

    D: Footballer

    E: Wrench

    Added Logo Fonts

    Added some logos to the normal fonts aswell

    Corrected RATB logo

    There is a template on how to make the bitmap, with an example: L.NR refers to the small Back display, also to the left matrix and devided right matrix's line number, Terminus refers to the big back matrixes and not devided right matrix

    I tried the mod and it's fantastic! But after some tests, I found two mistakes that I think they can be solved in future updates:

    The back display in Facelift versions is shown like that

    Not all letters are allowed, in this it's CornellÀ (À and Á aren't shown, as I think other letters too).
