This package provides BVG repaints with both old and new interior textures for Scania Citywide (Sobol). These will receive updates when beta version develops further.

  • Hi - this work looks great!

    Can anyone confirm, if you sub to Sobol's Patreon, are his downloads not available to download directly from Patreon? Do you have to then join the Discord to get them? If so this is such a shame. There is a large proportion of people (mostly those of us over 50s!) who absolutely cannot tolerate or use Discord; the interface, the unnecessary complexity. I've tried to use that awful site before, for something I paid for and, between problems with invites to the site being so darn unintuitive, I didn't get what I'd paid for.

    I think if someone subscribes to a Patreon, their benefits should be available there and then; not dependent on setting up Discord accounts and trying to find one's way around such a cluttered, unintuitive interface.

    PS. I love Sobol's work. This is not a criticism of the man or his work. Just the fact that I almost joined his Patreon until I suspected it was all done through Discord. Nothing stated that the benefits were solely handled through Discord.


    If anyone can confirm that you do need to use Discord if you join his Patreon, I would be so grateful.

    • Yes, you need to join the discord to get access to his work. I'm not sure if Patreon itself offers any file distribution services to allow this. I also understand why it is all on discord as there is threads for error reporting etc.

      Thanks for confirming.

      Just to note, I subscribe to 5 different developers on Patreon; some relating to OMSI, some Train and flight simulation. Every single one provides their download perks, directly from Patreon. They simply upload to Google Drive or Mediafire etc and provide the link in their Patreon posts. I appreciate Sobol chooses to use Discord for file downloads. I just think he should make that clear on his Patreon introduction.

    • I think Sobol uses OneDrive for the files and only shares links in the discord. Maybe he could share those in Patreon as well or simply add them there.

  • Where is the bus from?

    • Currently available only for Sobol's Patreons, the author of MAN Lion's City Overhaul and Solbus addons.

      It's still early version.
