This mod will apply a new switch on your Iveco dashboard, this switch is present in almost all Italian Iveco Busses.

Before installing the mod please read the "readme.pdf" file.


This mod will apply a new switch on your Iveco dashboard. It has two positions:

  • 0 (off): the standard horn will sound.
  • 1 (on) the additional horn will sound.

This switch is present in almost all Iveco buses.


THIS MOD HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED BY KESCROLE AND HALYCON. No one else is authorized to host it or publish it on any other platform without their consent.

    è bellissima la mod bitonale per il crossway, riusciresti a farla anche per il crossway le nuovo? (quello di steam)

  • Great little mod, completely overlooked it at first, but wouldn't want do drive the Iveco without it now! I've modified it slightly for private use to be a "Postauto" three-tone horn instead, so as to make driving on certain narrow mountain routes more realistic.

    Is there any chance we could get this for the Irisbus versions of the interurban buses as well? The switch is physically present in those, but not usable.

      So I have all kescrole's addons but I do not have so much time at the moment to create the other versions, but who knows... maybe this summer I will do it :)

  • There's a problem with a comment in one of the configuration files I believe, even after re-installing the bus fully and your mod, I get this in the logfile and the buses don't spawn:

    I tried for a good while with Notepad++ find in files to find the problematic comment in all types (cti, cfg, osc, txt) in all folders but can't find it, so just letting you know if you remember where you might have put it

      So it should be "HIGH VALUE 12 1-2 | Phase 2 | CNG" right? In my configuration it works.. the comments I made are in the model.cfg file and sound.cfg (the keyword is "bitonale").

      Do you get the error with others types or just with this one?

    • Ok I found what could be the problem, could you check the encoding of the "39_hv12_2_12.cfg" (model file)? If it is ANSI try to change it to UTF-8

    • Ahh nice find! That fixed it for me. I suspected it was an encoding issue because of the malformed characters at the start. Usually switching the text format to ANSI fixes these issues but I never thought to go the other way... well that works I guess. The horn sounds great haha, nice work

    • Thanky you :) But I don't understand, in the zip file all the model files are encoded in utf. Strange :/
