Preset for Weaks PC ALTERNATIVE 2 - For CPUs with -4 cores

Presets suitable for PCs with less than 8GB of RAM.

I am definitely in good shape these days, let's brief new content, and this one will be of help for our friends with weak PCs!

Indeed, today I'm sharing settings for OMSI dedicated to PCs with less than 8 GB of RAM, which have been tested on a laptop with different configurations, and which served me for some time before changing laptop.

First tested on a Lenovo IdeaPad 320 14ISK (Intel Core i3 6006U) with 4GB of RAM with conclusive feedback.

Tested in a second time on the same PC, with 8GB of RAM with also conclusive returns.

WARNING: If you have a processor with less than 4 cores (Intel core i3, or its equivalent at AMD, i.e. the Ryzen 3, for example), take precautions since the "Reduced Multithreading" option is disabled.
