Realistic STIB (Brussels) repaint for Mx200's Citaro C2 3T & G C2 4T 1.0.0

In 2014, STIB order a large fleet of Citaro C2 and G C2. The solo C2's replaced all VanHool A500's and some VanHool A300's. The articulated G C2 didn't replace anything, they were just added to the fleet.
