  • Hi guys. Recently I've been trying to make my custom 3D objects for omsi 2, mainly some bridges, but I have some problems with textures. I created my 3D object in Blender, a bridge deck 20 meters long, 8.2 meters wide and with an height of 1.2 meters, I applied the texture (a 2048x2048 white background image with textures on it) to the faces of the bridge deck, then I exported the .o3d object in my scenaryobject folder in OMSI 2, I also exported the textures (in .dds format) and created the .sco file, and yes I have put everything in the correct folders, .o3d in model, .dds in texture and the .sco file in my 3D object folder that I created in sceneryobject. When I tested my 3D object in OMSI 2 Editor I noticed two things:

    1) The object is not scaled correctly

    2) The textures applied on the object are completely wrong

So I corrected the first one by measuring the object with some splines and then I scaled it in Blender and exported once again in Omsi. Now the object has the correct mesaurement, but the texture are still wrong. I searched on google but I didnt find anything that can help me, so here I am asking if anyone can help me to resolve this problem. I will attach here some photos for reference.
