Thank you for the reply and comments. As for your question, there are planned buses which have joystic controls for the doors. And they are working.

Thanks! And yes, nearly all of the textures are in dds format, with only a select few being bmp and tga where dds is unfit due to compression artifacts.

Hi all!
Last few months I've worked mostly on the map and things related to it. Main roads are all done (incl. AI paths), apart from finer texturing and detailing. Base terrain is as well done, but without further texturing and such. Everything is still very WIP at the moment. Missing buildings and foliage etc.
Also there have been other time-consuming things, such as my day job and helping my friend with their bus project etc...
Anyway here's pictures of my latest work.
I'll be showing more as work progresses, but I hope you all like it. Especially people from Helsinki.

The map era gotta be in tune for the visuals. 
Besides the Helsinki metro area is much more boring nowadays rolling stock wise. Even less domestic market buses in service.
Wow, that is actually incredibly high quality work. Its cool that the people creating finnish bus culture into this game are the most talented people too.

Hope everyone's had a lovely summer so far.
Yesterday was such a wonderful day for me, for a while actually. So what happened you ask? Well took my time travelling to another city to get some more material that is! Well it was actually the second day of the venue but hadn't had the chance to be there the first day. But nevertheless we got even more nice bits of audio recorded and loads of photographs.
What I wanted to share is that, however small the steps may be, we still are progressing and the work continues. Now we had a chance to get some B12BLE EEV source material that very clearly were in better shape. That is always nice.
Looking forward to sharing some small bits that I can in the near future.

Agreed! Something I'd also be willing to pay like 20 euros for compared to for example dovetail with their cashgrabs in the TSW game series... this has some serious quality

Summer is close to being over sadly. Warm days were left to just a few in Finland.
Nevertheless, I'm bringing you something new to listen, the sounds of Volvo 8900 B8RLE. There are still some wrong sounds left over from the 8700 but still, I hope you enjoy listening to a virtual B8RLE, "Börle".
