First Ride 2128 VDV

The 2128 has a long history behind it. Its journey began in 2004 in Switzerland with the RTB Rheintal Bus with the serial number 53 (known as part of the livery), in 2018 it was purchased by the Cosepuri consortium which manages part of the public transport of the city of Bologna - IT. In 2020 it was purchased by the Cosepuri partner Cortina Express - FlyBus which operates bus lines on the splendid Belluno Dolomites, as well as in the city of Bologna. With CortinaExpress the bus remains used in Bologna but on some exceptional occasion it travels north for about 300 km to reach the Dolomites by carrying out some test or support runs.

for ZF selector here it's the PIN assignment:

BULBS

- Pin 12 24V- (GND 0V)

- Pin 1 24V+

Gear D 4+7

Gear N 5+3

Gear R 6+11

123 don't have pins only for them but they use combinations of signals that go to the logic circuit of the Ecomat control unit, which is why gear 3, for example, also makes contact with D!

To have a complete simulation I adopted a strategy which consists in placing a 24V relay soldered on pin + of each lamp in parallel to the 123 gear lamps. The lamp circuit is closed only when the switch is in the pressed position and therefore the 24V relay closes a circuit where I pass the signal for arcaze.

However, this only works with the SEUFFER ZF selector which does not have the "blades" to transfer current to the lamps.

Citaro in snow tests

The opening ceremony of the FIS Alpine Ski world championships will be held tonight in Cortina d'Ampezzo (Belluno, Veneto, Dolomites, Italy).

Given the covid emergency, the event will be behind closed doors, without an audience, broadcast on the national television channels.

Here is the Mercedes Benz New Citaro number 081 of the DolomitiBus Belluno with the livery dedicated to the 2021 CORTINA World Championships.

(Note: The bus will be shown on Italian national television during this evening's event together with the Setra S416HD bus number 220 also it filmed FIS Cortina 2021)

I think you have to try it with a multimeter in continuity mode (beep), than you can find what's the contact to colse in Omsi.

Here a Mercedes - Benz O530 New Citaro by Dolomitibus

HELLO !

Today in the Dolomites of Belluno a lot of snow has fallen and the and the transportation service had some inconveniences.

In this two pics we can se a Setra S315UL nr. 128 by DolomitiBus stopped on the "Acquatona" climb to mount the snow chains and reach Sappada.

In these shots we see the bus queuing for a road accident.

Finally the evening is over, the bus maneuvers to enter the depot.
