  • Hello good.

I have problems with moza r5, I have noticed that the ffb tends to go to the left side, it is really annoying since I like to play with the high ffb. I was wondering if anyone found a solution, maybe it's a modifiable parameter.

Also, on the Moza TSW steering wheel, half of the buttons cannot be programmed since OMSI 2 does not support more than 25 buttons.

    Thanks!

If in the second FFB bar, we put 0.200 (this would have to be edited in gamectrler.cfg), it seems that it would no longer do so.

    [FFScale]

    1.000

    0.200

Another solution would be interesting, but perhaps the FFB is too much in these DDs for this very old simulator.

  • I realize this thread is nearly a year old, but it still hasn't been answered.

While I don't have the steering pull problem, there is still the issue of not being able to assign all of the buttons on the wheel.

I have seen this same question asked on other forums but have not seen a confirmed reply.

Is there a way to program all of the available buttons?

    Thanks

  • I think the only solution for the keys would be the external program "Joy to Key". To do this, the desired functions must first be assigned to the keyboard in Omsi and then the corresponding keyboard commands must be assigned to the Moza keys in Joy to Key. Joy to Key then converts the Moza inputs into keyboard commands which Omsi then implements.

  • Thanks, that sounds promising.

From memory I think I may have used that in the past.

    Thats a no go.

Those same buttons are not detected in the JoyToKey program.

Neither are they detected in Windows Game Controller properties.

They work just fine in Pit House.

I have contacted Moza and are awaiting a reply.

  • Hi! Any updates?

    I have the same problem!

    Best regards

  • Not really.

Moza got back to me & advised it was a game issue.

I am using it like that.

I have the Moza Multifunction Stalks which share some of the functions.

Also have Saitek side panel for switching.

I've found most of the other bus sims have the same issue.

  • I've found most of the other bus sims have the same issue.

So it's not a "game" issue, it's the wheel hardware or drivers.

btw I would recommand on ony wheel or device to map via JoyToKey from keyboard to the device. Because it is much more conveniant when you use several busses. There are a lot triggers which differ from bus to bus. It is no problem to assign several triggers to one keyboard key, but it is not possible to do that in the devices tab in OMSI. JoyTo Key solves that quite giood.

  • For the issue with the Buttons - I use AntiMicroX and for the Forcefeedbackproblem I found a working solution, but you have to invest about 25€ to build a Emulator - https://blog.gimx.fr/ there are even Videos in YouTube, which explain how to build it. The Software emulates the MOZA as a G27 and then it works perfect.

  • I would just like to correct my previous post.

In Fernbus, Tourist Bus and The Bus, all buttons will function on Moza R5 Truck wheel.

The Multifunction Stalks are also fully usable.

It is with OMSI, BS18 and BS21 that only some of the buttons are recognized.
