OMSI gives error when I try to catch a bus, MSCVR90.DLL

1. Which programme do you have a problem with? (Main application, editor, SDK tools, etc.)

> When I try to select the bus in OMSI, it gives me the MSVCR90.DLL error. I've already formatted my PC, changed the Windows ISO, installed and uninstalled Visual C++, reinstalled the game several times, tried using different versions and it keeps giving me the MSVCR90.DLL error. The game won't even start without mods, unbelievable. I NEED HELP!
