My object glitches after rotating

Hello. Im having an issue with object i made. Basically it glitches after rotation(sometimes you can rotate it only once before glitch occurs, sometimes twice, its random when it glitches out) and cannot be further selected/deleted which means they are stuck there forever. Auto rotation of all objects seems to fix the problem and im able to select these object once again but sometimes it fails and cars are glitched for good. But autorotation isn't good solution because i wont be able to place them as i want. I have no clue whats the problem im dealing with. On paper it should work. Whats funny my second object which has almost the same sco ,working fine and no problems were found with it. I tried many things but nothing fixed the problem. Log file doesnt indicates something is wrong. I made a video showcasing the problem
