Do anyone know if there are any way to change the fare system on a map. As it is by default the fare are per bus stops. But I want if it is possible on a map I sm building have it per zone. Thinking one tile or a group of tiles are one zone, do anyone know if this is possible?

Oh yes, it should be possible, but very complicated.
You may have a look, how it's done at this bus:
(or the GSÜH).

But does it need to be bus basaed could it not be based on the map so it affect all buses?

A "global" (= on the whole map, affecting all buses+passengers) zone based ticketing system is not possible. The best you can do is creating age-restricted and/or daytime-restricted tickets.

Ok. I know at least with the base game coding. I was thinking that it may should be possible to do any kind of script that kind of ticks the games basecoding. I actually feels this somehow could be possible cause as I understand it is many possibilities to do this kind of things in omsi 2.
Matteekg I might not have gotten the point, why do you need this?
Well, I may not need it. But it would be nice, cause my map I am working on is based on a (fictional) swedish region. And a zone based ticket system is the most common system in Sweden (actually may every region in Sweden uses zone-based systems).

But isn't it sufficient to name the tickets after the different zones or did I missed something?

I mean that instead of bus stops using areas (zones) in default it is example short haul= 5 stops and Normal=unlimited. But I was thinking something like one ticket is 1 zone. Wich it is a certain area. For example 1 zone per tile. So it doesn't matter how many busstops the passanger travel as long they are on the same tile but as soon you travel outside a tile you need a more expensive ticket. And may also a ticket that only are valid in the bigger town independent on how many tiles but still valid in certain tiles.
