Omsi 2 steam edition Addons not activated in the game and missing objects in the non activated addons

    > i have Omsi2 since 2018 and it was work fine on my previous Laptop HP with windows 7, at that time there were some mods at the game, at this year on April 2023 i got new Laptop a gaming Laptop Asus Tuf RTX 3060 with Win11, and when i installed the game with the addons that i have i surprised that some of the addons ( Berlin X10, hamburg Day and Night, Hamburg Hafencity, Gladbeck and Mercedes O403 ) are not activated at the game, i check the steam page it was shows that all the DLC's are checked and been installed . I make some search for this problem and i couldn't fined a solving so i contacted the Devs by sending them an E-mail ( Aerosoft ) they send me a file called 6 gb patch and said that i should open it and chosse the exe game file and i did so but nothing happen .

    uninstalling the game twice and few times i removed the addons and installed them again but nothing change and the game still with non activated addons .

    After 250 hours in this game now i can't play with these addons .

    Please help me .

    > CPU : INTEL CORE I5 12TH

    GPU : GEFORCE RTX 3060 / 6 GB

    RAM : DDR6 8GB

    Opreator systm : Windows 11 64-bit

    make sure steam and especially omsi has admin rights. to get these add-ons activated, omsi writes into the windows registry. if omsi isn't administrator, it cant write to the registry and therefore addons won't be activated.
