Hallo,
As released, this bus has no blinker sounds (the blinker switch has a sound, but no actual blinker sounds).
I noticed there is a blinker WAV file with the required sound, and an entry in the sound.cfg files .......... but the sounds are nowhere to be heard.
Has anyone managed to inspect the problem within the sound.cfg files, and fix it?
Hopefully there'll be a much needed update for this bus because, as nice as the pack is, the quality level / bugs are not up to the standard of the O560 and S400 LE by the same developer.

EDIT:
I got blinker sounds working! I copied the blinker sound script from the default MAN EN92, but changed the WAV references to better blinker sounds, which I then placed in the S400 NF's sound folder. The bus is so much more enjoyable with working blinker sounds.
I do hope this bus will get an update to refine it a bit more.

f you would write this in GERMAN everyone could read it and your problem would be helped faster
It seems he got the help he needed, without having to use Google translate for a poor translation. There are plenty of us here who are not native English speakers, who are happy to converse in what is 'the international language'. I appreciate this valuable site is German-derived but a lot of communication here is in English. Especially as most Setvar and other references in OMSI are in English anyway - even on German products.

Es scheint, als hätte er die Hilfe bekommen, die er brauchte, ohne Google Translate für eine schlechte Übersetzung verwenden zu müssen. Es gibt hier viele von uns, deren Muttersprache nicht Englisch ist und die sich gerne in der „internationalen Sprache“ unterhalten. Ich weiß, dass diese wertvolle Site deutschen Ursprungs ist, aber ein Großteil der Kommunikation hier findet auf Englisch statt. Vor allem, da die meisten Setvar- und anderen Referenzen in OMSI ohnehin auf Englisch sind – sogar bei deutschen Produkten.

Hohenkirchen:
I like the map but one thing I found a little unrealistic, is that a bus service would operate to a remote 'pub' ("Gasthaus Dernau", in Hohenkirchen). 
So I decided to add the small village of Dernau, just next to the Gasthaus.

I think you accidently deletet to whole AI group.
It should look like that:

Ein Fehler der mir grad beim anschauen der AI Listen aufgefallen ist:
Bei der Standart AI-Liste gibt es die aigoup "Fahrraeder" nicht. Wer diese AI Liste nutzt müsste den gleichen Fehler mit den Autos auf Fahrradwegen haben.
Die aigroup müsste also so, wie im obigen Sceenshot eingefügt werden.

I did indeed remove the whole of the AI group for the Fahrräder! That is great, thanks, I will re-rnter it as shown above.

Hi all,
As per the instructions in the manual, I removed the fahrad from the AI List. However, I now have cars driving on the sidewalk, where the fahrad used to be! What did I do wrong?
Also, as a side interest; I was feeling impatient for the ZOB in Ingolstadt to open, so I decided to open it myself (my own private copy of the map only). It was very easy - just an hour or so to remove all the construction assets from the ZOB site, then I began to make new tracks and trips for each route - now serving the new ZOB
I have fully timetabled lines 11 and 53 so far.

Gemäß den Anweisungen im Handbuch habe ich den Fahrad aus der AI-Liste entfernt. Allerdings fahren jetzt Autos auf dem Bürgersteig, wo früher der Fahrad war! Was habe ich falsch gemacht?
Auch als Nebeninteresse; Ich war ungeduldig auf die Eröffnung des ZOB in Ingolstadt und beschloss, es selbst zu eröffnen (nur meine private Kopie der Karte). Es war sehr einfach – es dauerte nur etwa eine Stunde, alle Baumaterialien vom ZOB-Gelände zu entfernen, dann begann ich, neue Gleise und Fahrten für jede Strecke zu erstellen – jetzt bedient sie den neuen ZOB
Ich habe also die Linien 11 und 53 vollständig im Fahrplan weit.

Ingolstadt 2013 is my favourite map in OMSI - and I have 73 maps installed!
I so look forward to the next update; particularly when the ZOB becomes functional.

You could try to delete the AI-Bikes from the ailist.txt
For me, I was able to improve the performance by quite a bit with that.
Thank you, yes that did help me too. But I found that it is the "DFI" display boards (the displays on poles at some bus stops) that was causing the major stutters. I removed these and the map is now very smooth throughout

Hi,
I really love this map, but have one huge problem with it. In the city centre, next to the ZOB I get really awful stutters. The FPS are still high but the stutters are huge and ruin the game play. It's like OMSI is having to load some huge textures repeatedly, or something. By the time I am unterwegs towards the Nordbahnhof station, the problem disapears and the rest of the map is smooth as butter.
Does anyone know the 'guilty' asset that is causing the performance issues near the ZOB? Is it perhaps that the splines use a very large sized texture?

Hi, I downloaded the Mercedes Benz C2 Berlin/Neutral bus but when I go to open the bus selector and select the bus I get an error: " Datei D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\OMSI X2\Fonts\AtronAFR4\AtronBVG. bmp
The specified path cannot be found.
I tried to search the internet for a solution but without success what can I do? Thank you.
That font should have been installed with the bus packet. Perhaps it was blocked by your PC (Windows Defender is sensitive to FONT files). I would try browsing the downloaded packet into the Omsi/fonts folder to find that file and try dragging it into your Omsi/Fonts folder.

Basically, the bus has either an engine tower, or the engine is located underneath the last seater row / conference corner / etc.
Ahhh, I see! So the engine is mounted differently. Thanks for explaining. So I guess that affects the sounds, or only the model?

Hello all!
This is not a problem or issue, I am wondering if someone can help me understand something about this beautiful bus collection.
In the .BUS files, there are variants called "stehender motor" and "liegender motor" - I was wondering what this meant (in English)
Ie.. what do these words mean and what are these specific engine variations? What is different about them?
I tried to use Google Translate and found that 'stehender motor' in English is standing motor and 'liegender motor' in English is 'lying motor' but I think these are poor translations, as I do not understand what a 'standing' or 'lying' engine is? Is it refering to the position/rotation of the engine, like what we call "transversely mounted" in English?
This has been a mystery to me for the many months I have been using this wonderful package - can you be the one to explain what these terms refer to?
