Reshade for OMSI 2

Reshade is the sucessor of SweetFX.

it includes all SweetFX shaders and add many more for improving even more the graphics.

installing is very easy:

open reshade file, click on browse, go to the root folder of your OMSI, choose the main game EXE and click on next.

if your OMSI 2 does not use DXVK:

select directX 9

if your OMSI 2 does use DXVK:

select Vulkan


click on next and install.


once fully installed when the game loads it will show a message, and pressing the home button the Reshade Menu will appear.

this menu lets you choose the shaders and modify values. Some shaders must have depth buffer enabled for work properly(RTGI, MXAO)


for enable depth buffer access:

open reshade menu(HOME) click on add-ons and enable copy depth buffer before clear operations.
