Missing parts of/ Blank Maps

Hello. I have problems with many maps.

When I install a map, sometimes there are missing parts of the map, or the map is blank completetly. eg: ettbruck, niersbeck, afg prauge, ingolstadt2013 and many others....

Some of these maps that i have mentioned require payware but i am reffering to the ones that don't.

I know people will tell me to use map tools but the missing objects are either objects that i have already put in the folder or objects that dont come with the folder in the specified freeware object list.

Anyone know what is happening ?

As I know it may be a problem with language... German, Chech and other languages have special signs.

I changed my "Language for programs that are not using Unicode" setting to German (Germany) to solve this problem.

But it also added German as one of my installed keyboards, and it's a setback...
