Game freezing while playing

    I have this problem: After selecting the bus, line and route from the map, I start driving and at the beginning there is no problem with the game. Unfortunately, at some point the game freezes for a few seconds and then I can continue, but suddenly the game freezes again, it freezes for a few seconds and after a while I can continue. Sometimes, while driving, the game freezes so much that I have to disable the game's exe process in the Windows Task Manager because it is not responding.
    I have such a computer:
    Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6GHz
    16GB DDR4 3200Mhz (2x8GB DDR4) HyperX Predator
    MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12GDDR6
    Windows 11 Pro 64bit 23H2
    I have the OMSI 2 game on a WD Blue 2TB HDD
    In the game itself I have these settings:

    What should I change in the game settings so that I can play smoothly on my computer and game doesn't freezes?

    Here is my game log when game freezes when i drive line on map for problem described in #1 post:

    The DLC Citybus S31X is missing.

    If you do not own it, you have to remove it from the ailists.cfg.

    I added the Citybus S31X add-on to the game. I launched the game and in the options I only changed the AI movement settings to smaller. I did not change the graphics settings. I loaded a blank map, selected a bus.Started the journey on the selected line. While driving, the game freezes again for a few seconds.I guess it shouldn't fail if I have dlc bus-entry is in the ailist.cfg file.
    I'm posting the game log again, because maybe something else is causing the game to freezes for a few seconds while playing:

    What can cause the game freezes for a few seconds while driving, so that continue playing and hope that the game won't freezes for a few seconds again,or maybe the problem of the game freezes is caused by the fact that I'm recording a video of the game with a recording program while playing-I use bandicam and I try Fraps latest version to record video from game?

    Please help me with my problem
