The INEO system wants a servicenumber but for some lines this number has not only numbers but also letters and its impossible to type letters on the screen.
You have to read the readme exactly.

Wie aus zahlreichen Beispielen bekannt werden nicht immer alle Daten übertragen, was auch immer der Grund dafür ist.
Wenn in den eingereichten Versionen Daten vorhanden sind, die beim Kunden aber fehlen und Errors schmeißen, dann liegt dieser Verdacht nahe.
Auch die Fehler der der eifrige Pole Marcin berichtet könnten daran liegen.
Ganz abgesehen davon, dass eine Meldung wie: In Teilen der Map fehlen Texturen eigentlich unbrauchbar sind. Everman I also reported this problem, sometimes the approach to the reported problems, as I can see here, is strange because people give errors and it is said that it is the fault of the players , it looks strange.

Das Problem mit dem Fehlendem Objekt habe ich nun durch eine Überprüfung der Spieldateien gelöst.
Mir sind einige Fehler/Unschönheiten an den Fahrzeugen aufgefallen:
Beim A23 wird die Frontscheibe nicht bei Regen nass.
Außerdem schaltet das ZF-Getriebe nicht sauber und die Räder beschleunigen auf 400km/h.
Bei jedem C2 ist der NGT-Tank an der Kante unsichtbar.
Bei jedem C2 außer dem mit der neuen Decke befindet sich an der 2. Tür ein Spalt.
Beim GX237 ist der Bereich am Fahrerfenster etwas unschön.
Beim GX237 wird auf der Scheibe nur der Bereich der Scheibenwischer nass.

Der OMSI Fahrplan verschwindet nachdem du dich beim INEO angemeldet hast. Dann müsstest du den Umlaufplan sehen können

And before writing a report, make sure the data synch is correct. I assume most of the probs rely on not transfered data from steam to the user.You need to send an accurate report with a photo or file, you are right, if the synchronization is not correct for users via steam I think you should report it to steam that the products are not properly shipped because this is not the case with other games.

That is not a fault of Steam.
The stream of data from Steam to the user can be interrupted. For whatever reason.
That is why Steam has this data check.
We estimate 3/4 of all issues are because the users don't check the data and rely on a download. You can't be sure to have all data as long as you haven't checked the data.Simple as that.

erstmal großes Lob für die toll gestaltete Karte!
Leider gibt es bei mir mit dem INEO ein Problem: Bei den Linien 7 und 14 und dem C2 und GX327 kann ich nach Eingabe der Offline-Fahrernummer 21310 den Umlauf nicht eingeben. Der Dienst wird abgelehnt ("Prise de service refusée") und dann soll ich die Daten neu eingeben. Die Eingabe erfolgte nach Maßgabe des Handbuches.
Ist noch irgendwas zu beachten, was ich evtl. übersehen habe?
