I was driving the route 24 when I came to an intersection, there were no roads or buildings, just floating cars. This also happened when i tried to spawn Ahlheim Hauptbahnof. Is there anything i can do to stop this happening?

Your logfile doesn't show any significant errors, but for one missing font. Are you familiar with maptools? If so, run it and check if you have any missing objects or splines. That is usually the reason for a blue sky only.

I had a similar phenomenon once after installing a TTData mod.
Did you already try and erase the entire map and then reinstall it afterwards?

Just the map folder should do the trick
Once you did, run maptools again on the fresh installation! It is important to erase the map folder and then newly install it. -
Did you let the files overwrite when you installed the map? When not then reinstall the David M subfolders in the folders splines and sceneryobjects. Let them overwrite when you are asked to. There shoud be a total of 4 subfolders.
