    > I only just bought the DLC today. After letting it install and loading the map at Bf. Altona (or any stop really) I am faced with an empty map. This is extremely frustrating looking at the fact that it's a commercial DLC on Steam. Help is appreciated! 😝

    P.S. This is a fresh install of OMSI after seeing that the map was not working the first time. There are no additional mods/maps in the game other than the ones I have purchased. (Installed maps: London, Munchen DEMO, Hamburg T&N, HafenCity)

    After a bit of research, it turned out I had to resolve an issue with the UTF8 support for Windows. For anyone else who might run into the issue, try the following steps:

    - Go to Control Panel > Region > Administrative > Change system locale > Uncheck the Beta: UTF-8 support box if it's enabled.

    So, this means, your issue is resolved?

    So I also purchased Hamburg Line 20 yesterday, had the same issue, tried the fix mentioned above, but didn't work. If anyone could help me it'll be much appreciated.
