Installing anything won't help you, at least not at this stage of the diagnostic process.

3GB of VRAM is already becoming increasingly insufficient for new games.

The log shows that:

- You're loading the Berlin 300 map from autosave.

- A vehicle is having problems with its seats.

Before loading the map: go to settings and disable AI scheduled traffic. Move the Mit Fahrplan slider in the Umgebungverkehr tab to zero.

Then load the map in new game mode, click the Diese Karte ohne Busse laden button.

Let me know if this has any effect.

I read in your profile that you're using a GTX 1060. In the NVIDIA Control Panel, create a profile for OMSI and disable multi-threaded optimization if you haven't already.
Of course, you can change anti-aliasing and a few other settings there.
Set the anisotropic filtering settings to inherit from the application; you must make filtering changes directly in the options.cfg file.

From the description of the problem and the error message, it seems that the problem is completely unrelated to OMSI.
The OS update issues you mentioned may be related.
