I have the same problem. Have you found a solution for it?

does the x / o3d file have 0 kb file size? It can be, that you have not selected the object in Blender, but the exporter has an activated tick "Export selection only".

Code
1. I modeled it in Sketchup. 2. I exported with OBJ extension. 3. I looked it over in Blender, then exported with directx extension with right hand and Z axis settings. 4. I converted it to o3d in Omsi X converter. 5. I made a new folder called Del-alfold, I made a model and a texture folder there, I also made a szantovaro.sco file. 6. I dragged things into the right place. There is the picture galery. https://imgur.com/a/rsgli4x -
1 KB sounds too less, even the most simply houses ( extruded Pentagon), what i find in my scenery Objects have minimum 3 KB, so back to my question
It can be, that you have not selected the object in Blender, but the exporter has an activated tick "Export selection only".
what will result in an empty o3d

OHH! I exported it from Blender and wow, 180KB instantly. Thank you!
If I have more problem I will ask there
I have another problem :)))))))))))))). When placing down in editor and playing with OMSI there is a problem.
In blender it looks like this. I dont know what are these plus lines in OMSI, but its really annoying. I deleted all lines in Sketchup that doesnt matter
