MAN Standard Bus Repaint trouble

Hello everyone! I recently ran into this problem. Did a repaint on the MAN Standard bus II in Paint.NET. And it is displayed like burned:

It should be a white-orange repaint. I do not know how to do it correctly, I have been suffering for three days now.

Can you help me with this, please? What kind of guide can there be? Or am I misunderstanding the instructions?
