  • 1. Which programme do you have a problem with? (Main application, editor, SDK tools, etc.)

    >The main application, more specifically the map.

    2. Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. What happened or what might have led to the error?

    >

For some reason, passengers do not want to get on and off the 810A/810B bus. I pulled up as close to the kerb as possible. With other lines e.g. from the basic line package (e.g. 811 or 21) there is no such problem. Similarly, there is no problem with line 808 or lines from the line pack from Ceediarts, TFS and the other lines from Emily Prentiss (line example: 808). I have checked both the hof. file version from the OMSI Forum website and the version from GO Group Virtual. Please forgive me for promoting a competing virtual bus & trucking company. I wanted to emphasise that I have tried to investigate and describe the issue comprehensively. However, replacing the .hof file did not solve the problem.

    3. Please add a log file to your post, either in a spoiler, code block or as a file attachment.

    4. If there is a helpful screenshot of the problem, you can upload and include it as a post attachment.

    5. Provide your system information if it is a performance problem. (Operating system, processor, graphics card, hard disk type, memory, etc.)

    >There is no performance problem.I think it is a problem with the map or there linienpack.I think it is a problem with the map or there linienpackI think it is a problem with the map or there linienpack, I think it's a problem with the map or there linienpack, but I could be wrong.

not boarding passengers can have 2 main reasons

-internal name of the destination plate (see red info text, activated with SHIFT+Z (or Y probably depending on keyboard) does not match (exactly) with the destination name given in the OMSI Map Editor at the trip data,

or the IBIS has not correctly given the destination plate to the internal data, eventhough your visual on the Matrix is correct

--> leads to passengers not recognizing you as the bus, they're waiting for

-the destination name (see again SHIFT+Z) coincidentally matches the name of the busstop dice in OMSI Map Editor.

--> why should the passengers enter a bus, that brings them to the exact location, they already are at the moment?

  • best would be in Editor

You have at every stop the object "Bus Stop" Besides the car parks, entry points and human spawn boxes, these are the technical elements, that are necessary for OMSI to work with bus lines

this object has "options" and a "Name", in this case from Grundorf "Bauernhof" (farm yard)

in the tracks and trips, you have to search for your trip, that consists of the bus stop list

The Terminus in this case is named "Bauernhof"

This time, it is right, since the trip goes from hospital to the farm yard, at the farm, all passengers will leave the bus (anyway's secured twice, it is the last stop and the "bus stop" "name" matches the "terminus" of the "trip"

As I said yesterday, if the bus stop name of your first stop matches the terminus name, no one will enter your bus, you understand?

I don't have the map, so I can't crosscheck my self, but this could be the case.
