When you saw once the problems of special characters, you never use them again in your projects. I say: only A-Z, a-z, 0-9, - and _ should be used, whenever it is a file name or technical aspect. Period . should be also fine (I don't recommend, but I have to use it in my workplace and there are no issues about), but everything language specific ÖÄÜß or things like #!§$%&, you know, is bad, I say.

that's the other side, there you need to change the regional settings to polish or hungarian. And then don't forget to change depending on the map, you want to play. The real problem is then maybe, when you have a polish bus and a hungarian map or something.
