Counterpart of the MAN Lion's City ÜLL (NÜ 323, A25), the MAN Lion's City Ü (NÜ 313, A20) is also popular among the operators of Thüringer Wald.
Kessler-Reisen is among them, with #206 being one of the units of this type. It was the guest of honor in the run through the line 739, from Bad Lemnitz to Lichtenhain and back. We, of course, start at Bad Lemnitz, where the bus takes the route towards Alexanderberg, Grüne Wiese, Rabenaussig, Unterlind and Lichtenhain. The route takes just 15 minutes.
Now, time to get back to Bad Lemnitz. The roadway itself can be challenging due to the steep grades and steep declines, forcing the driver to pay extreme amounts of attention to the road. Still, the journey performed by the bus #206 is completed in 17 minutes, and is a scenic experience through the immensity of the dense and beautiful Thuringian Forest.
