You can use a programm called Find and Replace for that. It can find and replace text in all files in a folder. So you change the name of the object (for example "fußgängerfurt.sco" to "fussgaengerfurt.sco" and then run find and replace through the map folder to replace that text in all map files at once.
BUT BEWARE! BEFORE USING Find and Replace ON ANY OMSI FILES MAKE SURE THAT THE ENCODING IS SET TO Windows-1252
Otherwise, you might break more than you fix.
