  • Hello.
I've been trying to repaint Tram model but I've encountered a problem exactly when I change the repaint name in CTI file it makes the repaint no longer work (all the setvars and textures are set to default model), even though in preview stage everything is alright, after I spawn it it goes default. When I bring the name back everything is alright, I cannot leave it like this as I need to make more repaints and now it's impossible.
    Thanks for help!

  • Here it is (And this is the name that I cannot change else it will go as I said before)

  • What do you do when you rename the repaint? Make sure that you change a new, identical name under each item entry.

  • I always make sure I change every item. I do it with OMSI on, after that I make a new game or even reset, but It doesn't help. Will loading map without buses can help with it?

Before and after (setvars are gone) and new cti file:

  • Is there any suspicious entry in the logfile? I guess OMSI cannot handle the "+" in the name (but not verified).

  • I thought about it also, but I have repaints in this model names containing "+" so pretty sure it can handle it. Logfile says nothing except some textures not loading for some o3ds (common problem, it shouldn't bring anything to it)

After hours of research I personally think that somehow all my matls when I change the name of the texture does not respond with OMSI, I have a model which uses matl_freetex and it stops working when I choose the painting with wrong name, everything goes back alright and it works perfectly with the painting, but I still don't know what can cause this, this model is abit modified by me and on basic model it works alright.
