London map loads, however it is stuck on the "Loading AI" screen when trying to open the map and then OMSI 2 freezes.

Did you install the London Addon via Steam or with DVD?

Very strange, because it's a Payware add-on and no one else has reported this error.
Do you know anything about scripts or the bus file? If so, try adding ..\ to the scripts so that each line below the scripts looks like this:
..\..\ (then the rest of the line)
