I want to release it for free (probably on steam, if not, here on webdisk), what I can say is that A23 is going to be used in some upcoming DLC's, french ones, but can't say more right now

Delivering the bus for a French map is interesting. Especially the equipment in the bus 
I think it will be easier to install DLCs at steam, especially for newbies who don't know how to install freeware buses in Webdisk or old OMSI Forum? -
