Yes, you've changed the "index":

The name under [aigroup_depot] must be the same like the previous one.

The easiest way to solve this problem is to copy the original ailists.cfg from the archive. Then change the paths of the bus-files and the names of the repaints (where necessary). But do not change the text in the line beneath [aigroup_depot]. OMSI uses this name to couple the timetables to the aigroups in the ailists.cfg.

Did you edit the ailists.cfg that came with the map or did you copy it from another map. Latter is not possible because of the different ai-groups.

If you copy busses from another list than don't copy the bit starting with [aigroup_depot] (3 lines of text). This defines the ai-group and is specific to a certain map.
