I uninstalled The bus because it's lost it's direction for me a little, modding tools just seem gimmicky, and I don't know if there is that real interest in bus simulation anymore, OMSI exists but even what's released map wise at the minute seems half hearted commercially, private maps are very good. I guess the tides have shifted a bit, but The Bus for me does not feel like it did when it first launched, the Scania was very good, the eCitybus is terrible and so is the MAN DL the sounds are awful and the driving physics, camera movement is terrible.
Yeap until I see a new OMSI with proper driving mechanics and a clear object of what it's supposed to be, I'm sticking with this old simulator, even SimRail is in early access, i doubt that will get finished, as they're working on a SimBus.
It's all just a gimmick these days like everything.

I've left an honest review, as I understand as a real driver myself route learning but the letters of the routes do not match the schedule until you start at Priestrasse as an E, the first trip on 107 is not H but A, but follows an H routing from the depot so it should be AH as a line code not H

The lines are marked by letters but using the line codes 800 you will get 800 so i’m having to manually change to A, H etc is this correct?
So i've just got this addon, and it's great but I think a little too over the top with having its own logfile, that I think is the problem. What .dll controls the GPM Logfile?
The stutters I believe are OMSI trying to write to two log file instances, this is probably too over the top. the INEO didn't need all the fancy technical work it could of been a dummy pin that draws info from the HOF File like what Hamburg does, the AI Buses could of been better too instead of black windows, just a plain interior no details but make it look believable, it looks unrendered with black windows.
You want people to pay for an addon, but what quality has it got that we're / we've paid for? It is a lovely map, actually quite simple but the scripting factor is the cause for the problems and the GPM Sprinter has an issue with the sound.cfg file, we can't run 1000 sounds in OMSI with the settings, as OMSI can't do it.
Sorry to point out again but the resolution for these buses are too high for OMSI and to resize every wagenkasten image file is a task. The quality is in the model

It would help too if we could search for repaints by the company or map we want repaints for. I’ve tried Szczecin, AVG Mobil, Ahlheim, Hugelsdorf nothing works

Ixel i applaud your work here, i wonder if its possible in future maybe to improve on the overall engine for OMSI, LOTUS may be a thing but for me OMSI has a clear focus. Thiago who created the OMSI Map Tools was looking at the loading structure for OMSI and I still hold out for a proper bus simulator replacement
One issue I have is the textures, when you load it in it’s black, and only affects this bus and all variants. I can resize the textures but you loose the quality, any assistance would be appreciated, also want to adjust the drivers forward position to be back slightly in the seat.

I get this error when I reload the bus saved ''Bereichsüberschreitung bei Zeilenidex'' checking the script the Zeilindex is fine. The HOF is fine this is with Grande Porto, nothing shows in the log.
It's only occuring once you save a situation as a player vehicle and reload, does anyone have any suggestion?
The sounds for this bus would be great if only we had Morphi still. Hope wherever he is, he is doing well as these old boys are truly an asset with their work.

thank you for your feedback! Some functions like vehicle debugging for missing variables etc. are already planned. In the moment, a module for editing maps is in progress. Since OMSI-Tools is only a hobby project, the developments sometimes take a bit longer and I can't say exactly when which features will be released.

And a great hobby to share with us, so thanks! Not expecting! Just grateful we have a dedicated community. Its a case of removing the variable thats missing or adding it, in the case of C.L & S.L. Functions those are a little tricky.
Great work for this, yet to try it but some maps when it comes to quality checks is why we need these tools. Always was a problem with map devs with missing items or not checking whether they can be downloaded for others to use.
So thank you for this it may help narrow down what the issues are with Greenisland. It’s a shame we haven’t a debugging tool for errors in Bus scripts. One of the problems is using variable names that aren’t there
